The point of it all: between existence and absurdity

Through the next chapters, there is a formal and conceptual analysis of four of my recent works, ‘Two Left Feet’, ‘The Footbath’, ‘The Truth is Here’ and ‘The Leap of Faith’, while I attempt to make sense of the absurd world and finally find what is meaningful to me. In this analysis, I discuss my inspirations for creating these works and the philosophies underpinning my analysis. I also find grounds for comparison with other contemporary artists and their predecessors who influenced me.
